Breakage in Shipping
Occasionally, shippers will break a glass during the shipping process. If you get a package delivered that that looks damaged or sound or appears to have a broken glass in it, you should immediately notify the delivery person and have them wait while you open and inspect the containers contents. If in fact the glass is broken, have the driver note this on his paperwork and refuse the delivery.
If the damage is concealed or you're unable to refuse the shipment, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately.
We try very hard to work with you to make sure you order the proper glass for your vehicle. We realize that sometimes errors may still be made. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
Depending on the circumstances, if you ordered the wrong part, you may be required to pay return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
